JEFFREY
B. KOCH, CPA/PFS, President

Jeffrey Koch founded KR Financial Services. (formerly Koch Investment
Services, Inc.) in 1996 and Koch Reiss & Company,
P.A. in 1975. He practices in the areas of investment counseling, financial
planning and general tax. He has been a featured guest on radio and television
shows, spoken before professional and business organizations and written
articles on various subjects of expertise. Among the organizations he has
addressed are Merrill Lynch, Drexel Burnham, Shearson/American Express,
Nova University Law School, the Fort Lauderdale Board of Realtors, various
local condominium associations and other special interest groups.
Mr. Koch is a 1967 graduate of the University of Florida, and holds a BSBA
degree with a major in accounting. He became a Florida Certified Public
Accountant in 1973, a registered investment advisor representative in 1996,
and a Personal Financial Specialist in 1999.

BERNARD J. SCHINDER, CPA/PFS, Vice-President

Bernard J. Schinder is also a co-founder of Koch
Reiss & Company, P.A. He is from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
and has lived in South Florida since 1956. He is married, lives in
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and has two sons.
He attended
the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and, upon
moving to Florida, was graduated from the University of Miami with
a B.B.A. degree majoring in accounting and finance. He then served
in the U.S. Army for three years and began his accounting career
in 1961.
Always taking an active role in civic and
professional organizations, he served terms on the Florida Institute
of Certified Public Accountants Committees on Estate Planning and
Practice Quality Evaluation. Mr. Schinder is the former Chair of
the Firefighters' Pension Fund for the City of Hollywood, Florida.
He is also a Past President of the North Dade Estate Planning Council
and has served as President of Temple Beth El in Hollywood, Florida.
He previously served as a member of the Broward County Health Facilities
Authority, a member of the Broward County Charter Review Committee
and as Chair of the Broward County School Board Audit Committee.
He is currently a member of the Broward County Educational Facilities Authority.

Richard R. Russo, Senior Vice-President

Richard R. Russo Sr. joined
KR Financial Services. in 2002. He is a resident of Hollywood, Florida for over 35 years.
He attended Rutgers University and graduated from Mt. St. Mary’s College with a BS degree
in Economics with minors in Mathematics and History. In 1979 he received his Masters in Business
Administration from the University of Miami.
Mr. Russo’s background includes an honorable discharge from the US Army. He has held
positions in the financial services industry with Oppenheimer, Franklin Templeton and WM Group
of Funds. He is a licensed registered representative, registered investment advisor and insurance
agent.
Currently he is pursuing a certification in financial planning and is a member of the Financial
Planning Association.

JOYCE
SEGAL, Director
of Administration

Joyce Segal has been with Koch Reiss & Company, P.A., since 1979 and most recently with KR Financial
Services since 1998. She was born and educated in Montreal Canada. While in Canada, she worked as
a model and in the garment industry, specifically in showroom sales. She moved to South Florida in
1977 and has been a faithful citizen since 1986.
While at Koch Reiss & Company, P.A., she rose from an administrative position to be the internal
controller and operations manager of a 35-person CPA firm. While working fulltime, Joyce and her
husband owned and ran the daily operations of two South Florida restaurants.
Her position at KR Financial Services. is that of Director of Administration. She is the
key-liaison between clients and the administration of their portfolios. Joyce has two married daughters.

IMPORTANT
DEFINITIONS
Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) - A
specialized designation from the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants. It reflects CPAs who display a higher level of
skill and knowledge in the area of financial planning and have passed
the examination in this field.
Certified Financial Planner
(CFP) - An experienced financial planner who has completed courses
of study and passed examinations in areas such as insurance, securities
and taxes. Additionally, CFPs are required to disclose ethical
standing and comply with the CFP Board Code of Ethics. The designation
is awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards. Registered
Investment Adviser ( RIA) - A person who, for compensation, engages
in the business of advising others as to the value of securities
or the advisability of purchasing or selling securities. RIAs
are required to register with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Form
ADV - The uniform form for use by investment advisors to register
and update registrations with the Securities and Exchange Commission
and the jurisdictions that require advisors to register. The
form is also used to comply with SEC Rule 206(4)-4, which obligates
investment advisors to disclose relevant financial and disciplinary
information to clients. Professional Investment Manager
- A person who, for a fee, offers professional advice on
the development of an investment plan and buys and sells
securities on behalf of the customer to implement that plan.
A professional investment manager may hold qualifications
such as Certified Financial Planner, Registered Investment
Adviser and/or Registered Broker.
